You're not providing any information so that anyone can assist you. since you didn't provide the non-working link there's no way to provide you a working one. A Citrix certificate would either be obtained from Citrix or from the specific party you're using it for/with... and if the cert if from West AT Home then you will have to contact them to get it.. (them meaning West AT Home, Citrix, or whoever is providing you the certificate). Clearly this is their own connection product configured for their use and no outside party will have that same access. Good Luck.
